Distinctive characteristics of this form:

has Sender's details at base;
the main distinctions amongst the three varieties are:
12A: the schedule number is to the left of the heading;
12B: the schedule number has been moved to the lower left corner;
12C: the schedule number has been moved to below CASH REGISTER and there are now two lines at the base for "Sender's Name and Address".

Characteristics: in schedule number, "SCH" is in capitals. PLEASE USE ... has been moved to the left; "(not chargeable)" has been moved right; gap above schedule number removed; printed in light blue ink.
Printed in November 1964.	AA-TO-12Bc. Brisbane Airport to North Fitzroy, Vic 26 August 1965. Franking with 4/- Tasman and 5/- Dampier with the latter punctured (denominations of 5/- and over were punctured). Characteristics: in schedule number, "Sch." now in upper and lower case letters; gap above schedule number reinstated; printed in dark blue.

Characteristics: Schedule number has been moved to CASH REGISTER space; space at the base now has two lines for "Sender's Signature and Address"; "Phone" has been changed to "Telephone".
